30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll send you the return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back. You can also call 619-304-2594 (Mon–Sun, 09:00–19:00).

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue approved refunds to your original payment method. The refund usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
