Our devices
Which device should I start with?
If you’re new to beauty tech, start with one tool and use it consistently. A facial massager or gua sha EMS tool is the easiest first step for daily lifting and puffiness. An LED photon mask suits you if tone and texture are your main focus. Not sure? Email us what you want to improve and we’ll recommend one.
How often should I use my device?
Most devices are designed for short sessions: around 10 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. Always follow the instructions in the box for your specific device, and start on the lowest intensity setting.
When will I see results?
Some effects, like reduced puffiness and a fresher look, can show after a single session. Changes in firmness and skin tone build over several weeks of regular use. Results vary from person to person.
Are the devices safe to use?
Our devices are designed for at-home cosmetic use, not to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Do not use EMS or microcurrent devices if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or if you have epilepsy. Avoid broken, irritated or recently treated skin. If you have a medical or skin condition, check with your doctor before use.
Do I need a conductive gel or serum?
EMS and microcurrent devices work best on clean skin with a water-based gel or serum, which helps the current glide evenly. LED masks are used on clean, dry skin. Your device’s manual lists the exact requirements.
How do I charge and clean my device?
Charge with the included USB cable before first use. After each session, wipe the device with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry. Do not submerge a device unless its manual says it is waterproof.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Klarna. All prices are in US dollars, and payments are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We can change or cancel an order until it has been shipped.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. With an account, you can view past orders and save your details for faster checkout.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery within the US usually takes 7–14 business days from the day you order. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have an account, your order status is also visible under My Account → Orders.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Check the tracking link first. If the package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, or tracking hasn’t updated in several days, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Returns and warranty
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return, and we’ll send you the return instructions.
What if my device arrives damaged or stops working?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
